📄 Refund, Return & Turnaround Policy – MW Ink & Thread

At MW Ink & Thread, each item is custom-made with care specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

✨ Custom Orders

All custom items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This includes all custom apparel, DTF transfers, and embroidered items.

⏱️ Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated.

Turnaround time begins once:

Payment is received
Design details are finalized and approved

Please note:

Turnaround times may vary depending on order size and volume
During holidays, sales, or high order periods, turnaround times may be extended
We will always communicate any delays

Rush order options are available for an additional fee.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

🛠️ Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (such as a defect or error on our end), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item

If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

📏 Sizing & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for:

Selecting the correct size
Reviewing and approving all design details before production

We are not responsible for sizing issues or approved design errors.

🎨 Color Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes. These variations are not considered defects.

🚫 Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
